It is as if the wind is pulling the words from my throat...out into the open

The wind is so loud and electric I cannot even hear as my own words spill from my mouth...I say them louder, feeling them in the chest...yet, once they pass my lips they are erased...or perhaps released

I have gone deaf...or maybe I am hearing things for the first time
